Directions: In a medium saucepan, bring 3 cups water to a boil. Add 1 cup pearl barley and return to boil. Reduce heat to low, cover and cook for 45 minutes or until barley is tender and liquid is absorbed. Makes about 3 to 3½ cups. Excellent source of fibre! Also great in soups, stews, and casseroles.

Ingredients: Fine pearled barley. Manufactured in the same facilities as peanuts, tree nuts, sesame seeds, dairy products, soy products, wheat, sulphites. Product may contain stones.
