Make a paste with 25 g (approx. 2 ½ tbsp) of base and ¼ cup of cold water. Add to ¾ cup boiling water, stirring with a whisk. Bring back to boil. Reduce heat, and allow to simmer 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.Ingredients:
