Directions: Soak ½ package of beans in water overnight. Rinse. Combine beans, 2 cans of beef stock, 2 cans of water (10 oz cans), 1 whole diced onion (fried in butter), bay leaf, 2 tsp. each of basil, dill weed, and oregano. Salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a boil and let simmer for 2 hours. Add 4 cups of tomatoes (stewed).
Ingredients: Green whole peas, green whole lentils, black turtle beans, black eye beans, red split lentils, pinto beans, small white beans, red beans, kidney beans, green split peas, pot barley, yellow split peas, chick peas, lima beans, dark kidney beans. Product may contain stones.
