Chinese five spice is a blend of fennel and some of the most commonly used spices in Chinese cooking.
Fennel, anise, cinnamon, ginger, clove.
Manufactured in the same facilities as: Soy products, sesame seeds, wheat, sulphites, gluten, & tartrazine.
Use as desired according to taste.
Great sprinkled over a stir fry while cooking, or add salt and use as a rub for chicken, duck, pork, and seafood.
