Alfredo Sauce, no MSG

A fine, slightly cohesive, cream coloured powder with black pepper particles. Prepares a cream coloured, thick, opaque, sauce with black pepper particles. Its strong cheese flavour is balanced with some black pepper notes.

Ingredients

Coconut oil, parmesan cheese (cows milk, bacterial culture, salt, lipase, rennet, and or microbial enzymes, calcium chloride, milk ingredients, salt, cellulose powder, potassium sorbate), modified corn starch, modified milk ingredients, flour (wheat), corn syrup solids, salt, canola oil, artificial flavour, calcium phosphate, calcium silicate, dipotassium phosphate, sugar, spices, mono and diglycerides, sodium silicon aluminate, disodium inosinate, fatty acid esters, disodium guanylate, brewers yeast, calcium carrageenan, lecithin, colour, soy protein.

Preparation

Make a paste with 100g of mix and 125 ml cold water. Add paste to 275 ml boiling water, stirring constantly with a whisk. Reduce heat and simmer 1 minute, stirring occasionally.

Yield: 500ml (is freezable).
