Guacamole Dip

A great dipping sauce with a satisfying avacado flavour.

Ingredients

Dehydrated onion, dehydrated red bell pepper, salt, dehydrated garlic, spice, dehydrated tomato, vegetable oil (MFG. AID).

Preparation

Mash and mix 2 ripe avocados, ΒΌ cup (125 ml) sour cream, 1 tbsp (15 ml) lemon or lemon juice, 3 tbsp (45 ml) dip mix. Refrigerate dip for 1 hour to allow flavours to mellow.
